Skies and Seas Group Trips
Do you accept payments in installments?
Yes. A minimum deposit is always required to secure a slot on the group. The balance will be required to be paid within a stipulated period prior to the time of departure.
Do you provide refunds if I can no longer make the trip?
Generally, we do not provide refunds. However, with respect to hotel and tour bookings, we may provide either full or partial refunds subject to the refund policies of the relevant hotel and tour operator. To protect your investment, you are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
Do you offer roommate matching?
We may be able to offer roommate matching on selected trips. However, this is not guaranteed and you are advised to provide your own roommate if you intend to share a room on the trip.
What happens after I have made my first deposit?
You will receive a payment receipt within 24 (twenty-four) hours and your detailed itinerary and travel advisory will be shared with you no later than 10 (ten) working days thereafter. You will also be kept duly updated with information about your trip.
Do you accept payment in Naira?
We accept payments in Naira, USD, Euros and Pounds
Private Trips
Do you assist with visa processing?
Yes. However, we do not usually offer visa processing as a standalone service and is mostly part of a full vacation planning service.
How do I request to plan a trip?

What happens once I submit my request?
Once you submit your request, we will follow up with a price for the planning service fee. Once you have paid the planning service fee, we will start putting together quotes for your trip.

Yes, payment plans are always available. However, a minimum deposit is required to secure your booking.
What if I am unsure about my travel destination?
We are always available and willing to help you decide on a choice location based on your preferences and budget.
